Two things are going wrong right now, and neither one tells you it's happening.
Nobody calls the church office to say an assistant gave them the wrong address. The whole problem is silent, which is why almost every pastor we talk to has never checked.
You're not in the answer at all
Somebody asks for churches nearby, or churches with a good kids program, or somewhere their family would be welcome. A list comes back. Your church isn't on it, even when you're the closest one and the best fit.
You're in it, but it's wrong
When your church does come up, the details often come from an old page somebody wrote years ago, or a directory nobody has touched since. What we typically find:

What we won't tell you is how many people asked. Nobody can see that. The assistants don't publish their queries and anyone who claims otherwise is guessing. What we can show you is exactly what they say when asked, and whether it's getting better.

We audit what the assistants say about you, correct it, publish your service times, location, contact, kids and youth, ministries and public events in the form they read, keep watching, and send the monthly page. Events go out with real dates and an expiry, so when one is over it comes down on its own instead of lingering as a stale answer.
